    You need to upgrade! I recently bought a new iPad, and to my surprise I cannot use Hours Tracker, your app is too «old» for the new iPads. Hope this can be fixed soon, I am a long time user, and would like to keep on

  2. Add a modified week view.

    One week is showed as 7 elongated rectangles, graduated by hour (major) and quarter hour (minor) along its height, and hours worked per job are represented by rectangles of a particular color. The day starts at the top at a user specified time (default 6:00am) and graduated past midnight of that day and onto 5:45 of the next day. As hours are recorded, they are plotted as rectangles from clock in to clock out time.   4. Make printing a full page of data from the web page possible!

    Using a Mac running OS version 10.6.8, I can't seem to get all of the info from one of my jobs to be printable. All that I get is a truncated copy with incomplete info. :>(

  5. Having a check box on an entry for what ever the user wants - in my case - I have transferred it to my invoicing system.

    I normally use a task management system until I took the leap and started using this for 2 days now. GREAT TOOL (Can't believe how ingenious this is). If you add a check box, then it would grey (preferable) or hide checked items so I know i have entered them into my invoice database which I have made. This could be quickbooks for other people. This way I can enter everything by day and know i have taken care of everything, then my invoice tool organizes in a different way and I can use Quickbooks to invoice from there. Adding…

    When doing manual backups, the system keeps informing that there are too many and it will have to overwrite.

    1. Either just do it, or do it with a setting... ie, : Auto overwrite old backups. or
    2. I cannot find a function that allows to clear out old backups , even on the web page.

    I would clear the list if there were a way.

  8. When you do a "Stop Clock at..."

    I'd like to see the time that I Clocked in at along with a display of the duration, maybe an option via a preferences. I don't know how many times I had to Cancel and look at the Clock in time and then go back into the "Stop Clock at..."

    Allow user delete of manual backups

    Add ability to tie expenses/purchases to projects

    Add ability to tie mileage to projects

    New layers for each project with tabs for time, prepaid expense (purchases), Mileage, user defined-1 and user defined 2
    would solve most of the suggestions on this board.

  13. I recently reset my password and now I cannot access my account from my iPad

    I am able to access my hours-tracker cloud account on my MacBook Pro but not from my iPad.
    I try to use the Backup/Restore feature on the Hourstracker iPad app. I enter my user name and password that works fine for accessing my hourstrackercloud account from my MacBook Pro. However when I try from my iPad, I get an error message "Unable to verify your login at this time. Please try again." I have tried repeatedly, and I always get this message. I even uninstalled the Hourstracker app on my iPad and then reinstalled it. When I tried to access…

  14. Under Preferences, add an ON/OFF toggle to allow export of separate daily entries for the same job.

    12/26/2013 The built-in default exports one sum total of hours for all entries for jobs performed on the same day, even if they are entered non-sequentially. The Preference could say this: "When Exporting entries, separate all daily entries for each job and display them separately. ON/OFF" The reason for this is in my consultancy, we charge different rates for different tasks and need to see the hours expended as associated with separate task entries. I can see the value when all tasks have the same billing rate. We've created a work-around, but this toggle would help a lot. (MJM user…

  16. make it harder to delete a client.

    I accidentally deleted a client I have worked for six months. I had at least 400 hours in there and now they are gone.

    I was on the phone and being mindless. Maybe have a password-confirm delete for clients or clients over one week old?

  20. Import scheduled events like meetings from Calander

    If a meeting is booked in calendar it would e useful if the date start/stop time could be imported leaving just the job to be selected
