I recently reset my password and now I cannot access my account from my iPad
I am able to access my hours-tracker cloud account on my MacBook Pro but not from my iPad.
I try to use the Backup/Restore feature on the Hourstracker iPad app. I enter my user name and password that works fine for accessing my hourstrackercloud account from my MacBook Pro. However when I try from my iPad, I get an error message "Unable to verify your login at this time. Please try again." I have tried repeatedly, and I always get this message. I even uninstalled the Hourstracker app on my iPad and then reinstalled it. When I tried to access my hourstrackercloud account from the newly installed hourstracker app, I still got the same message. What to do?
