Being able to use the net fee instead
In Sweden everyone talk in net. So it would be more logical for me/us to add the net sum and then enter the tax on that. The way it is now it adds an extra step.
So if the fee is 100 and the tax 25% I now have to calculate this to be 125 and the tax 20%.
I understand if this is a nice to have. It is just more logical from our perspective.

GPS tag on report
It would be great if it took a GPS snapshot or summary when you clock in and out. So when going over the times entered you can see where you were when it was punched.

Minimum hours worked by job.
Each time I go to a job, I am paid minimum 4 hours. So I would like an option in the job setup that would automaticly round to 4 hours if I do less then that. If more, then it gives the right nb of hours. (4h to be changed in the job setup). Thanks!

Give a Benefit Plan rate
My contracts have benefit plan contributions that I would like to track, in addition to my pay. I would love to be able to add that a job has various extra things at a percentage of the pay rate, or a flat hourly contribution with a max cap.

Proper warning when logged out
It turns out that for some reason (app update?) I was logged out from my account without notice. That means that no auto-backups are made anymore. I would like to have a notice in all screens when logged out, because no backup can end up in losing valuable information about working hours and payments.

Allow one email to be used for multiple usernames.
I don't want to start a email for every employee and have to deal with subscription reminders in multiple emails boxes. Since I pay for the subscription i would like one email location. I have been using the app and I like it but these options would make it more user friendly. Thanks

Ability to enable or disable job.
Most of job we work on has different phases, and between phases there can be few months up to a year. So if you have your job set to clock you in on arrival or clock out on departure, it becomes a nuisance then you just passing by that area and it clocks you in, especially when your job happens to be next to freeway that is traveled a lot. So ability to enable or disable job would come handy for this. Or may be showing progress of job like lead, work started, work complete, closed. Or just pause that…

monday.com integration
Integrate with monday.com so that different jobs can have their tracked time be sent to their relevant boards on monday.com - each Monday.com board has its own email address - but this can possibly be done through the monday.com API?

Line Item entry per day
It would be great to be able to enter line item tasks or actions that have been accomplished on a job. Currently, I have to use a space or enter in the description. However, the issue is when one exports to CSV to create a more detailed invoice or accounting of time, the formatting after an enter key creates a challenge. I have to go back in and reformat the entry.
A line item, would allow when exported, a better format. Also, it could allow us to track time by task within the day for a specific project.Useful app…

Show hours by job in Days / Weeks / Month View
In the days / weeks / month view, I’d like the option to have each column broken into hours per job, meaning instead of each column being just a single color representing all the hours worked that day, week, or month, each column would be broken into multiple colors with a different color for each job. That way I can see how my hours per each job have trended over time.

Allow designated people to view/access your timesheet.
I am a "salary" employee but my supervisors want to know how much time I am spending on different tasks. With this program, it is extremely easy to track my time and add "comments" to each entry. I currently send my time sheet out daily - but they want to be able to "monitor" my time and tasks in real time. PLEASE HELP!!! I don't want them to be able to edit/change anything, only VIEW my job and the comments for each time log.

Work Order / Charge account per time entry
The only thing keeping me from rolling this app out to my entire company is the lack of work order number / charge account tracking. If there was a way to assign a time entry to one or more work order numbers that were able to be entered, and this have that data exportable, this app would fulfill everything we need in time tracking.
Just a simple text entry in the data fields would work, but a editable database of charge numbers that the employee could add and delete from on the phone would be top tier.

export into a set format and to device
My client wants me to use their forms. It would be great to map the data to their forms once and have it do the same for every export.
Also, being able to export to your device (ie. download) your data would be very useful. Your email tool does not work on my phone, no matter how many times I've reset it. If I could download the csv onto my device, I could email it from there.

Standalone Watch Functionality
Currently the watch app only works when the connected iPhone is nearby. I would love to be able to start and stop entries from my watch when my phone is not nearby, either by storing the data on the watch and then syncing up with the phone when back in range, or via Wi-Fi or Cellular connection.
This would be particularly helpful for people who have to juggle multiple phones for their work and so might not always have the phone their watch is paired to nearby, even if they are still in the office or on campus where their…

Establish a Maximum hourly amount per day
where we agree a maximum chargeable time for the day but are working for longer hours it would be useful to show the actual time worked and the time billed

Cloud: quick select "Month to Date", "Week to Date"
When viewing time entries: under "Select dates", there are three quick convenience links -- "Year to Date", "Last 12 months", and "2012".
It would be great to have "Month to Date" (break down by weeks) and "This Week" (i.e. week to date, break down by days).
