More functions for the desktop web app
Using the computer instead of your mobile device allows you to enter data faster and with a normal size keyboard, easy access to your e-mails and calendars, etc. It would be useful to be able to have at least the same functionality on the web than in all the devices (Add time entries, add jobs, even export to google cals, etc.). As a matter of reference, look at the website/app fro mint.com... it's simple, graphically pleasing and the functionality is broad but not too much.

Automated data syncing between multiple devices
First of all, I would like to say that this app is fantastic - it suits my needs perfectly!
I think the ability to automatically sync data between devices would be a great feature. I use both my iphone and ipad for entries and it makes it difficult having to backup/restore between every entry.

Cloud editing and data entry
I would like to edit my cloud entries and add entries from the website.
When I am scheduled for a job, I am guaranteed X number of hours, so I pre-entry the hours I know I will be paid for and I don't have to clock in/out since the actual number of hours I work are arbitrary.
If I work LONGER than the guarantee, I need to edit the hours I will be paid for, and this would all be much easier to do from my computer.

Add a web interface
Having a web interface that syncs data between all devices would be a very convenient way to create time entries. It would make typing long descriptions of tasks performed a breeze. It could also be used to replace traditional time clocks for companies. Another benefit is that multiple employees working on the same project could maintain hours worked in a single location to give a better watch of total man hours.

Though we won’t act on every single suggestion that gets made here, we certainly recognize the value that this and several other top features would bring to our users and are very much interested in making them happen. Allow desktop logging
Is there a way to operate Hours Tracker from my desktop, as, if I am in the office, and someone phones me on my mobile, it would be easier to be able to go straight to my desktop (leave it open all day in the background) and start a job recording.

Allow online editing of Jobs and job details.
Allowing for some manual editing of job details on the hours tracker website would make it much more functional. Those of us that have to give details on work preformed would much rather type it on a normal keyboard.

Consolidate time sheets of multiple users when working on same project
I run a small consulting company and have used hourstracker for a couple of years. It is a great app and I'm enjoying the new tagging feature.
I have a number of consultants working with me and currently need to align everyone's time sheets manually to do billing. I would sign us all up for hourstrackercloud in a heartbeat if I could get a unified report from all the consultants. Each consultant would keep their own hours and the cloud would enable them to be added together to create one report.

Modify the app
I am a single Proprietor and when I'm on the go, this app is great for tracking my time. Ultimately, I invoice my time and when I return home and work from my computer, it would be nice to be able to add/edit my time my time from my computer.

Build in Invoicing
Build in an invoicing feature and let us mark periods as "paid" so we don't have to delete old entries. Also, in the export, can you separate the time and date so when it is in excel, the time and date are two separate columns?

Add the ability to mark pay periods as paid.
Having the ability to enter in checks paid from each job for an up to date amount due would be a major plus.
