Create a Job/Rate option of "per project" or "event". Not everything is paid based on hours worked. But it's still handy to track and see hours worked.

Easier access to edit times
long press entry to go directly to edit. takes three presses to get to ability to edit would be a big time saver when you are on the road.

HAVE IT NOT ERASE ALL THE OLD DATA WHEN YOU DO A MANUAL BACKUP ON A PHONE!!!!!!!
make it so your past data doesn't get deleted when you do a manual backup...

Hi there
Can you co use your app. Such as there is two owners in the business and both using the same app tracking employees hours. So it would be good if for say employer 1 clocks them in and then employer two clocks them out1 vote -
Add sort by time in the entry field and show times
Show current times accumulated in entries field and add sort by time very frustrating when i have to manually round up times shown to the 15 min.

I have subscription and the app telling me i'm using the free version and can not log entries over 21 day and i have to pay for an upgrade.
I'm not sure if there is a bug or what but I have a paid subscription and it is good until 2021. When I try to clock out it is telling me I am using the free version and need to upgrade. Because logs can not be over 21 days

Fix your new user signup process
Fix new user sign up process. As a new user, you can't use the app unless you Tap "More" and set up backups. But there is no More button on the screen, and of course your documentation doesn't' say where to find it. That is one new user you lost right off the bat. What a waste of marketing resources!

Cumulative hours by pay period as well as by the job.
I would like to see how many hours have been worked during the current pay period, at a glance. As it is now i get a cumulative total since the job was entered.

Setting the shift to end at the time ended. Example if on night shift your actual day of work would be when you clock out.
When I work night shift I start on the previous day. I work 6pm to 6am so if I am working a Monday shift it starts at 6pm on Sunday. It should credit me for the Monday shift not Sunday.

Monthly overtime
Let us simply add a monthly overtime options where if the number of hours exceed x then the cost of each hour over x is y.

provide customers with a toll free number
I purchased a years prescription for $19.99 however the hourstracker app on my cell phone will not allow me to add any entries, recommending I upgrade from the free to paid prescription.
I already paid. What do I need to do to be able to use the $19.99 services

data entry feature from laptop
sometimes i keep my timesheet entries manually and then enter them all at once. it would be so much easier to enter them in bulk on my laptop (bigger screen, mouse, full keyboard) than on my phone. i have been asking for this feature for about 8 years i keep getting the same answer: "we're hoping to add this feature in the future."hmmmm.....

Multi billable rate defaults by day or by tag/task
Currently, I can only use one rate in a day for a job to calculate my day rate. Often times, I need to charge different rate, depending on the task or the labor that is being used. Having the option to enter multi rates to be able to select for the day, or for a specific task/tag would be great. Thank you.

Select different resource to track per day for the same job
I use support labor when on a job. I currently bill different for my assistant. It would be useful to be able to create an entry for my assistants work at a specific rate, in addition to my rate and my time. This way I track total man hours per day for multiple resources on a job when doing time and materials. I would be willing to pay a per person fee as am upgrade for this feature.

add enhanced expense database
I have used Hours Tracker for since 2016 and find it indispensable. One feature that I would love to see included is the enchanced option to add job expenses to the daily hours tabulation. When I go to the lumber yard it would be wonderful to be able to take a picture of the invoice and have it saved to the database. Better yet have OCR read the invoice and automatically include the data.

Automatic Mileage per Job
I would like to be able to have Mileage (or other expenses) be able to be automatically added by default (if turned on) at the Job level. So that when the job is started it can automatically add mileage units.
