Currently the watch app only works when the connected iPhone is nearby. I would love to be able to start and stop entries from my watch when my phone is not nearby, either by storing the data on the watch and then syncing up with the phone when back in range, or via Wi-Fi or Cellular connection.

This would be particularly helpful for people who have to juggle multiple phones for their work and so might not always have the phone their watch is paired to nearby, even if they are still in the office or on campus where their watch is connected to Wi-Fi, or if their watch has cell connectivity.

Long time user of this app and it’s become a really important part of my workflow. Thanks!
