Vehicle Log Book- automatic from location
Add functionality to also track distance traveled during a job (you already track time and location, so this could be an obvious extension). Then the reporting could be added to do daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports for distance traveled. This would be helpful for taxes and expenses. An added bonus would be to log which vehicle and it's mileage/kilometers at certain points in time once again for tax and expenses

be able to sort/filter hours by tags in online version
It would be useful to be able to subtotal hours by pay period and also by tags on the online version. The only way that I can get a total of hours per tag for the same job in a single pay period is to export it to csv and filter it in Excel

Give day- week- month-rate options for rate calculations
Besides $ per hour, give options for per day, per week, or per month. Some of my work is lump-sum as a monthly rate, so I'd like to include those fees in the charts and graphs.

Create a webAPI
So others could create widgets, or even internet connected devices (arduino) that could handle clocking in/out. Or ultimately replace expensive and antiquated physical time clocks. My wife would thank me for this.

Allow the option to remove payment information from a job, or allow it to work in reverse
The majority of my jobs are charged a flat fee rather than an hourly rate. I use HoursTracker so that I can compare my time worked to my final pay to see how much I was making per hour. I would like to either remove the rate/pay period/etc information from those jobs completely to declutter those entries, or to set the flat fee and let HoursTracker auto-calculate what I am earning per hour as I add more entries.

Import clients from CSV file. We can export, but I need all 1500 of my clients entered by tax season.
It is very time consuming trying to enter each client by hand and make sure they match my QuickBooks files exactly. If I could import the clients it would be exact and take very little time.

Every time a time entry is ended, add it to the Calendar app.

Make a way to archive jobs as they are completed, without losing the entry data
First off, this tool is great. It saves me a lot of headache trying to remember my schedule. I use it now to track jobs by specific clients, of which I have 4-5. I want to use the tool to track individual jobs, the issue I am afraid of is having so many jobs in my list it makes it tough to find the one I am looking for. I tried deleting a job, and it deletes it from my web interface and entries. If there was a way to "archive" the job once it is completed so it didn't…

Add a checkbox for "Invoiced"
I don't see a way for me to determine whether or not I've invoiced a job. Is there a way to readily see this?
If there was a checkbox for "Invoiced", it would be much easier to handle my invoicing and paperwork.

In export file, show breakdown of regular hours with wages, overtime hours with wages and total hours with wages.
When you export the time file, it only gives a total wages for the period. It would be great if it would breakdown the detail with wages for both regular time and overtime. Also, if they add the vacation and sick time to the program, it could show that detail also.

Working as a consultant I typically work for multiple clients and per client doing multiple projects and per project multiple activities.
Instead of creating a job for each client-project-activity combination and with that unnecessary duplicating Job parameters, it would be nice if the client is automatically selected using GPS and then showing all projects which can be selected to register time for.Then when defining a new project a default list of activities is added to the project which can be overwritten at any time.

Have another field for employee name
In larger businesses it is not feasible to provide every employee with an iphone. So it would be great if this app had the ability for a supervisor to manage the times of lower level employees. Each supervisor would have a smart phone and clock other employees on an off each job.
This could be done by adding one extra field - employee name
It would also require automatic syncing of data as others have suggested so any supervisor had the ability clock in/out any employee.

Client and job tracking would be handy.
So I can clock in/out of job for the one client. Then make a new job if needed for same client. Rather using it where my jobs are the clients.

Provide a phone number where customer service can be reached or at least respond to emails in a timely manner.

We shouldn't have to create a backup to see our entries from our phone on our computer, it should just be there.

Set weekend overtime days
Regardless of hours worked in a week be able to set weekends(or any day of choice) as time and a half or double time.
