  1. Set weekend overtime days

    Regardless of hours worked in a week be able to set weekends(or any day of choice) as time and a half or double time.

  2. Create an archive

    Add an option to archive old jobs. That way older entries that aren't needed won't clog up the main page.

  3. Add a Zapier integration to export entries to other systems

    I use Hourstracker to record entries on my phone, then re-enter them into ProWorkFlow at the end of the day for project management and invoicing. PWF has Zapier integration, so if you built a Zapier integration, I could automate that by matching HT jobs to PWF tasks. That would also create lots of other time export capabilities to link to any other system with a Zapier integration, of course.

  5. Email hours right from here - maybe in .pdf form.

    I have to submit my hours and it would be great if I could just email them in a nice pdf format right from the site.

    If I could import my teams time sheets into Quickbooks Online as bills and billable entries that would be amazing!! A solution for those with many independent contractors

    Select 1, Several, or All Jobs to view Reports, stats & graphs. This would enable me to exclude some jobs, or review & compare a subset of jobs (not just all jobs). I have some volunteer time that I also track, but it skews the graphs & stats significantly. Sometimes you also want to see a single client trend (hours & earnings over time), and this would allow such. In the filter button, where you already have date range, just list the Jobs and allow one to choose "All Jobs" or check/uncheck the ones desired to see reports (% allocation…

  10. Smarter Pay period

    My company, and many others are having their pay period ending on a certain last day of the month, like the last Friday etc., so it's not always falling on the 31st or the 25th. Could you add a smarter selection of pay period?

  12. Allow the clock to "pause" while texting or on the phone.

    Maybe in the settings menu, allow the ability to toggle on a pause feature on the time clock for phone calls. Example: I'm working on a project for a client, the phone rings and I need to answer it but I shouldn't be billing the client for phone time. The clock would pause automaticly until call has ended. Maybe this would work for texting too?

  14. Optional second comment field

    for lawyers (and perhaps others?) it would be nice to be able to enter more complex details about the case in a second field for our own reference and not for billing.

  15. CSV Data Upload from competition.

    The ability to upload past CSV data from other time trackers would a great boon to this app. I have over two years of data tracked so far and your app is clearly better than the one I have been using...

    However if I switch I will loose all the data I have already tracked. This makes me very reluctant to switch to your service and begin paying for data tracking.

  16. Add to Cloud version Export options to set Friendly, CSV or None like on Mobile App

    In the export to E-mail inside the APP, you allow for Export Options that are very useful. Add these to online version here so I can export from computer and not my iPone.

  17. A 15 min round up or down based on 7 min rule.

    Have a 15 min around time that splits on the 7th min. If I clock in at 8:07 rounds to 8:00 but 8:08 rounds to 8:15. This could be 5 or 10 min rounding also.

  19. Have the option for breaks to be paid or unpaid

    currently it seems that the only way to get unpaid breaks is to do a split shift. it would be a nice option to be able to select breaks as paid or un paid depending on the job.

  20. Lump Sum Payment

    I would like the ability to assign a lump sum payment to a job and as I clock in and out would be able to track my average rate per hour. Example: I receive payment of $1,000 to do a project. After the project is completed I would like to know, based upon my time on the project, how much I made per hour.
