  1. I recently reset my password and now I cannot access my account from my iPad

    I am able to access my hours-tracker cloud account on my MacBook Pro but not from my iPad.
    I try to use the Backup/Restore feature on the Hourstracker iPad app. I enter my user name and password that works fine for accessing my hourstrackercloud account from my MacBook Pro. However when I try from my iPad, I get an error message "Unable to verify your login at this time. Please try again." I have tried repeatedly, and I always get this message.   5. When connected to the cloud,all devices should automatically populate the same screen. I have to use the "backup from the cloud" feature.

    I punch in on the Ipad and punch out on the Iphone. The problem is that This program does not use the "Cloud" feature properly.

  7. Allow the clock to "pause" while texting or on the phone.

    Maybe in the settings menu, allow the ability to toggle on a pause feature on the time clock for phone calls. Example: I'm working on a project for a client, the phone rings and I need to answer it but I shouldn't be billing the client for phone time. The clock would pause automaticly until call has ended. Maybe this would work for texting too?

  10. Provide a different Standard other than just 'per hour'.

    I sometimes do work for customers on a daily rate and would like to be able to insert their daily rate. I would still like to continue to start and stop the clock to track how much time per day I work for that customer.

  12. In export file, show breakdown of regular hours with wages, overtime hours with wages and total hours with wages.

    When you export the time file, it only gives a total wages for the period. It would be great if it would breakdown the detail with wages for both regular time and overtime. Also, if they add the vacation and sick time to the program, it could show that detail also.

    Allow user delete of manual backups

    Add ability to tie expenses/purchases to projects

    Add ability to tie mileage to projects

    New layers for each project with tabs for time, prepaid expense (purchases), Mileage, user defined-1 and user defined 2
    would solve most of the suggestions on this board.

  15. Cloud: quick select "Month to Date", "Week to Date"

    When viewing time entries: under "Select dates", there are three quick convenience links -- "Year to Date", "Last 12 months", and "2012".

    It would be great to have "Month to Date" (break down by weeks) and "This Week" (i.e. week to date, break down by days).

    Hourstrackercloud.com doesn't list the days in the correct order and also won't let me start my week on a Saturday.

  18. When you do a "Stop Clock at..."

    I'd like to see the time that I Clocked in at along with a display of the duration, maybe an option via a preferences. I don't know how many times I had to Cancel and look at the Clock in time and then go back into the "Stop Clock at..."

    Currently HoursTracker only allows from start to finish but what if you took a break in between? Lunch break?
