  1. Retain date range when refreshing window

    When I refresh the browser window to see new entries, the date range goes back to default. I have to re-set it each time.

  2. Under Preferences, add an ON/OFF toggle to allow export of separate daily entries for the same job.

    12/26/2013 The built-in default exports one sum total of hours for all entries for jobs performed on the same day, even if they are entered non-sequentially. The Preference could say this: "When Exporting entries, separate all daily entries for each job and display them separately. ON/OFF" The reason for this is in my consultancy, we charge different rates for different tasks and need to see the hours expended as associated with separate task entries.   3. Make a way to archive jobs as they are completed, without losing the entry data

    First off, this tool is great. It saves me a lot of headache trying to remember my schedule. I use it now to track jobs by specific clients, of which I have 4-5. I want to use the tool to track individual jobs, the issue I am afraid of is having so many jobs in my list it makes it tough to find the one I am looking for. I tried deleting a job, and it deletes it from my web interface and entries. If there was a way to "archive" the job once it is completed so it didn't…

  4. Add to Cloud version Export options to set Friendly, CSV or None like on Mobile App

    In the export to E-mail inside the APP, you allow for Export Options that are very useful. Add these to online version here so I can export from computer and not my iPone.

  5. In the app, allow for client based time tracking instead of job based tracking.

    I am a consultant and I bill per client. I visit anywhere from 1 to 6 clients every day and work on lots of items. I bill for my time then type in the details of what I did. It is not project based most of the time so simply being able to select client and start the clock when I arrive would be great. This coincides with the online editing of client billable details.

  7. Import clients from CSV file. We can export, but I need all 1500 of my clients entered by tax season.

    It is very time consuming trying to enter each client by hand and make sure they match my QuickBooks files exactly. If I could import the clients it would be exact and take very little time.

  8. I recently reset my password and now I cannot access my account from my iPad

    I am able to access my hours-tracker cloud account on my MacBook Pro but not from my iPad.
    I try to use the Backup/Restore feature on the Hourstracker iPad app. I enter my user name and password that works fine for accessing my hourstrackercloud account from my MacBook Pro. However when I try from my iPad, I get an error message "Unable to verify your login at this time. Please try again." I have tried repeatedly, and I always get this message.   12. When connected to the cloud,all devices should automatically populate the same screen. I have to use the "backup from the cloud" feature.

    I punch in on the Ipad and punch out on the Iphone. The problem is that This program does not use the "Cloud" feature properly.

  14. Allow the clock to "pause" while texting or on the phone.

    Maybe in the settings menu, allow the ability to toggle on a pause feature on the time clock for phone calls. Example: I'm working on a project for a client, the phone rings and I need to answer it but I shouldn't be billing the client for phone time. The clock would pause automaticly until call has ended. Maybe this would work for texting too?

  17. Provide a different Standard other than just 'per hour'.

    I sometimes do work for customers on a daily rate and would like to be able to insert their daily rate. I would still like to continue to start and stop the clock to track how much time per day I work for that customer.

  19. In export file, show breakdown of regular hours with wages, overtime hours with wages and total hours with wages.

    When you export the time file, it only gives a total wages for the period. It would be great if it would breakdown the detail with wages for both regular time and overtime. Also, if they add the vacation and sick time to the program, it could show that detail also.

  20. Allow and accumulate vacation time and sick time as seperate items

    Allow for the specific entry of vacation time and sick time. Also, accumulate the time individually.
