Summary of the day showing start stop times
To ensure that every hour of the day is accounted for a summary of the day bit like calendar view with start and stop time for each job would be useful. A way to select a gap and assign a job even better.

Import scheduled events like meetings from Calander
If a meeting is booked in calendar it would e useful if the date start/stop time could be imported leaving just the job to be selected

be able to select the tax amount buy state, cause i dont know the tax percentage for my state and factor in deductions so i can know exactly how much im gonna be paid

Would be handy to be able to search all data for relevant strings. Like info collected in the comments section

Enable a "Share" feature, where employees can have their own account but also give their employer access to their hours
If there was a way for our administration to view each employee's time tracking, that would be a wonderful feature to add. The employee could still have their own account where they would just be able to view their own hours. But the Admin account would be able to view the details for all the employees in the company and have the ability to view and export hours at the end of each pay period.

CSV/Report total event time for each activity per client, per project
It would be nice to have a CSV/report containing the total registered events per activity per client, per projects for a configurable time period (default=last month)

Ability to share a unique link to a specific job with various clients so they can see time tracking in real time.
Hello, I've been using HoursTracker for a while and am overall very pleased with the app. I have been asked by multiple clients if there is any way that I can share a link to their specific job. That way they can in real time see how much time I've clocked in on specific elements of the project without me needing to export and re-send them a .csv file. Maybe each job just creates a unique link like DropBox when sharing a folder. Please let me know if this is already available in the app or when you might end…

Add a checkbox for "Invoiced"
I don't see a way for me to determine whether or not I've invoiced a job. Is there a way to readily see this?
If there was a checkbox for "Invoiced", it would be much easier to handle my invoicing and paperwork.

make it harder to delete a client.
I accidentally deleted a client I have worked for six months. I had at least 400 hours in there and now they are gone.
I was on the phone and being mindless. Maybe have a password-confirm delete for clients or clients over one week old?

Include the ability to choose from a list of commonly performed tasks
Much of what I do as a consultant is repetitive, done for various clients several times each day, for example "Update operating system" or "Add new user" and it would be helpful to have a list of commonly performed tasks (or link them to a shortcut) to choose from so they don't have to retyped each time they are performed.

colors in chart: I wished the same colors would continue each month for a given work site instead of switching
tracking my time at different jobs via the pie chart, it would help if the same job keeps the same color month to month.
currently the highest percentage pie piece gets the same color, but may be a different job site.3 votes -
Add ability to set project time zone.
We track and bill all in one time zone. It'd be nice to have the option to set a timezone by project or default to the phone's time zone so that each entry doesn't have to be manually adjusted to the time zone we need to bill in.

Optional second comment field
for lawyers (and perhaps others?) it would be nice to be able to enter more complex details about the case in a second field for our own reference and not for billing.

create lists from web
I suggest you are able to also create the job names from the web that connects to the app. if it is only for back up purposes, I will not use the cloud. If I can type from my computer and send data to my mobile device. I
