"Round time" options for 4 hours – ideally more options
Currently the highest increment you can set is 60 mins. I have a half-day client now and would really like a few more options in the "Round time" dropdown.

Standalone Watch Functionality
Currently the watch app only works when the connected iPhone is nearby. I would love to be able to start and stop entries from my watch when my phone is not nearby, either by storing the data on the watch and then syncing up with the phone when back in range, or via Wi-Fi or Cellular connection.
This would be particularly helpful for people who have to juggle multiple phones for their work and so might not always have the phone their watch is paired to nearby, even if they are still in the office or on campus where their…

Kunna markera arbetad tid
Jag använder appen för att tidsstämpla mina jobb ute hos kund. Problemet är att man inte kan se om jag fakturerat min tid eller inte. Därför skulle jag kunna markera rad för rad på vad som är fakturerat, så jag inte missar någon tid.

export into a set format and to device
My client wants me to use their forms. It would be great to map the data to their forms once and have it do the same for every export.
Also, being able to export to your device (ie. download) your data would be very useful. Your email tool does not work on my phone, no matter how many times I've reset it. If I could download the csv onto my device, I could email it from there.

Budgeted hours per project
Ability to add total budgeted project hours and see budgeted vs clocked hours per project. I do a lot of scoped projects that you bid by number of hours and it would be awesome to have a field somewhere i could put the total hours. Even just a text box to start. Even better would be if you could see budgeted vs actual so you know how many hours you have remaining.

Work Order / Charge account per time entry
The only thing keeping me from rolling this app out to my entire company is the lack of work order number / charge account tracking. If there was a way to assign a time entry to one or more work order numbers that were able to be entered, and this have that data exportable, this app would fulfill everything we need in time tracking.
Just a simple text entry in the data fields would work, but a editable database of charge numbers that the employee could add and delete from on the phone would be top tier.

Allow designated people to view/access your timesheet.
I am a "salary" employee but my supervisors want to know how much time I am spending on different tasks. With this program, it is extremely easy to track my time and add "comments" to each entry. I currently send my time sheet out daily - but they want to be able to "monitor" my time and tasks in real time. PLEASE HELP!!! I don't want them to be able to edit/change anything, only VIEW my job and the comments for each time log.

Show hours by job in Days / Weeks / Month View
In the days / weeks / month view, I’d like the option to have each column broken into hours per job, meaning instead of each column being just a single color representing all the hours worked that day, week, or month, each column would be broken into multiple colors with a different color for each job. That way I can see how my hours per each job have trended over time.

i have literally been asking you for this for years. in 2014 i was told "allowing data entry via the web is our top feature request and something we will consider adding in the future." it's 2022. how much longer into the future will this be?

Automatic Mileage per Job
I would like to be able to have Mileage (or other expenses) be able to be automatically added by default (if turned on) at the Job level. So that when the job is started it can automatically add mileage units.

Upgrade the app
You need to upgrade! I recently bought a new iPad, and to my surprise I cannot use Hours Tracker, your app is too «old» for the new iPads. Hope this can be fixed soon, I am a long time user, and would like to keep on

add enhanced expense database
I have used Hours Tracker for since 2016 and find it indispensable. One feature that I would love to see included is the enchanced option to add job expenses to the daily hours tabulation. When I go to the lumber yard it would be wonderful to be able to take a picture of the invoice and have it saved to the database. Better yet have OCR read the invoice and automatically include the data.

Select different resource to track per day for the same job
I use support labor when on a job. I currently bill different for my assistant. It would be useful to be able to create an entry for my assistants work at a specific rate, in addition to my rate and my time. This way I track total man hours per day for multiple resources on a job when doing time and materials. I would be willing to pay a per person fee as am upgrade for this feature.

Multi billable rate defaults by day or by tag/task
Currently, I can only use one rate in a day for a job to calculate my day rate. Often times, I need to charge different rate, depending on the task or the labor that is being used. Having the option to enter multi rates to be able to select for the day, or for a specific task/tag would be great. Thank you.

Line Item entry per day
It would be great to be able to enter line item tasks or actions that have been accomplished on a job. Currently, I have to use a space or enter in the description. However, the issue is when one exports to CSV to create a more detailed invoice or accounting of time, the formatting after an enter key creates a challenge. I have to go back in and reformat the entry.
A line item, would allow when exported, a better format. Also, it could allow us to track time by task within the day for a specific project.Useful app…
