  1. track fixed price jobs

    If I quote a project on a fixed rate basis, I'd like to see at a glance how many hours I have left in my budget (i.e. - If I quote 100 hours, I'd like to see how I am tracking against my quote)

  7. Hello hours tracker im a business owner and i was hoping you guys could have section or button that would allow us to print up the analysis

    just need to be able to read my labor reports and who and what clients are my employees servicing on the app. i just need a good layout to print thank you.

  10. Set-up on a lap top.

    Why am I having issues with basic set up or finding solutions to how to set-up? This should be a VERY clear process on the homepage of the website. Even more so after I've pay for a subscription. I didn't receive an email on how to set up or anything I could share with my staff.

  11. Client Read Only Access for Their Specific Project(s) Only

    When I setup a project, allow a user read access only to view current time billings. I have multiple clients with multiple jobs setup, and each keeps asking me for a running total. This costs me time to send them, but if they can check their own projects only, that would be very helpful.

  12. Clicking the LOGO (when logged in) on the left should take me back to my information when logged in not the screen where you sign up.

    When I click on the logo on the left, while I am logged in, I should go back to a dashboard. I should not have to pull down a menu and select a view. Too many steps.

  13. Have the option for breaks to be paid or unpaid

    currently it seems that the only way to get unpaid breaks is to do a split shift. it would be a nice option to be able to select breaks as paid or un paid depending on the job.

    With the fashinable darkmode on more and more aps .. I would like it to get to hourstracker. With intencive use of screens more people enjoy the relax of darkmode on the screens .. like Autodesk autocad, and mailspring and nylas mail have a great darkmode for the many users who like that.

  15. App doesn't calculate double time hours, shows straight time and time and half only.

    Pay Periods tab does not calculate or show my double time hours. It pools them into my straight time hours. I use this app to make sure I am getting paid correctly from multiple jobs but as it is, I have to keep separate notes and calculate my total double time hours outside the app.

  16. Cloud editing and data entry

    I would like to edit my cloud entries and add entries from the website.

    When I am scheduled for a job, I am guaranteed X number of hours, so I pre-entry the hours I know I will be paid for and I don't have to clock in/out since the actual number of hours I work are arbitrary.

    If I work LONGER than the guarantee, I need to edit the hours I will be paid for, and this would all be much easier to do from my computer.

  17. Overtime option for specific hours, premium hours

    I want an overtime option that will calculate a different pay rate or double time pay for (example) time logged between midnight and 7am. Or if I work Sunday's.

    I have straight time, time and a half after 8 hours and double time after midnight. It is difficult and time-consuming to enter in separate hours and pay rate in the app for one day of work.
