    could be used to notify others when you clock in/out, arrive at job site, or whatever else someone could think of. As an input, the pass data could be location, time clocked in, job name, or hours worked for the day, week, month, last 14 days, hours for the day before. As an output, could accept tags or hash tags to clock in/out by job, return clocked time for the past day/week/month/14 days/ pay period, and could accept input by e-mail or text.   3. when u look at ur data all the data is in pounds which is correct as i live in uk but when u click on the bar chart it shows it in dollors.

  4. import time that was exported into excel from another time tracking program

    I have been using another time recording application on my android tablet for almost 2 years and would like to be able to export that information into excel and then import it in to hours tracker.

    Hourstrackercloud.com doesn't list the days in the correct order and also won't let me start my week on a Saturday.

    I suggest you are able to also create the job names from the web that connects to the app. if it is only for back up purposes, I will not use the cloud. If I can type from my computer and send data to my mobile device. I

  8. Ability to share a unique link to a specific job with various clients so they can see time tracking in real time.

    Hello, I've been using HoursTracker for a while and am overall very pleased with the app. I have been asked by multiple clients if there is any way that I can share a link to their specific job. That way they can in real time see how much time I've clocked in on specific elements of the project without me needing to export and re-send them a .csv file. Maybe each job just creates a unique link like DropBox when sharing a folder. Please let me know if this is already available in the app or when you might end…

  11. Night Differential & Sunday Premium

    I would like a feature to increase my pay after a certain time on any day. Example: after 6pm till 6am add $1.16 to my pay per hour. This would include the already added daily or weekly over time.

    Sunday Premium: A higher pay rate for the one job but on a specific day.

  13. Color difference for paused jobs

    I do a lot of multitasking and pause and unpause jobs quite a bit. It would be helpful if the paused jobs were shown in a different text or background color than the "On the clock" job(s) which is(are) not paused.

  16. make jobs viewable by PayPeriod in cloud dashboard.

    I am as of now unable to view a job by payperiod. This is the most necessary feature for me from the phone app, but having to export from the phone app makes this more of a chore. If this could be done all in one swoop from the cloud, it would much simpler for me.

  18. Check boxes around the comment section with standard text so you don't have to write

    Job comments take too long to write if you have to start with a blank section everytime. It would be great to allow users to create text which appears as check boxes. Then you can check the most used boxes for repetitive work. Comment boxes could include "driving", "computer maintanance", "standard service" or something. Please allow the users to edit the text for the check boxes. Thank you.

    Infinite amount of voting(or at least close to) so maybe Hours Tracker would get the hint that customers want some of the ideas in feedback operating on the app. So if a feedback comment hits a million plus votes Hours Tracker updates.
