Allow and accumulate vacation time and sick time as seperate items
Allow for the specific entry of vacation time and sick time. Also, accumulate the time individually.

Cloud: quick select "Month to Date", "Week to Date"
When viewing time entries: under "Select dates", there are three quick convenience links -- "Year to Date", "Last 12 months", and "2012".
It would be great to have "Month to Date" (break down by weeks) and "This Week" (i.e. week to date, break down by days).

Hourstrackercloud.com doesn't list the days in the correct order and also won't let me start my week on a Saturday.

When you do a "Stop Clock at..."
I'd like to see the time that I Clocked in at along with a display of the duration, maybe an option via a preferences. I don't know how many times I had to Cancel and look at the Clock in time and then go back into the "Stop Clock at..."

Currently HoursTracker only allows from start to finish but what if you took a break in between? Lunch break?

import time that was exported into excel from another time tracking program
I have been using another time recording application on my android tablet for almost 2 years and would like to be able to export that information into excel and then import it in to hours tracker.

When doing manual backups, the system keeps informing that there are too many and it will have to overwrite.
- Either just do it, or do it with a setting... ie, : Auto overwrite old backups. or
- I cannot find a function that allows to clear out old backups , even on the web page.
I would clear the list if there were a way.

Establish a Maximum hourly amount per day
where we agree a maximum chargeable time for the day but are working for longer hours it would be useful to show the actual time worked and the time billed

Allow us to log in increments of 5,10,15 and 30 minutes
This would show rates to the nearest unit charged rather than the one hour rate.

Allow user to specify localization preference
As an HoursTrackerCloud.com user, I would like the ability to specify my localization preference. If I don't specify one, it should default to my browser's setting (current behavior). I would make this selection in a user settings/preferences page when logged in.

Having a check box on an entry for what ever the user wants - in my case - I have transferred it to my invoicing system.
I normally use a task management system until I took the leap and started using this for 2 days now. GREAT TOOL (Can't believe how ingenious this is). If you add a check box, then it would grey (preferable) or hide checked items so I know i have entered them into my invoice database which I have made. This could be quickbooks for other people. This way I can enter everything by day and know i have taken care of everything, then my invoice tool organizes in a different way and I can use Quickbooks to invoice from there. Adding…

Make printing a full page of data from the web page possible!
Using a Mac running OS version 10.6.8, I can't seem to get all of the info from one of my jobs to be printable. All that I get is a truncated copy with incomplete info. :>(
