I know they way that they figure OT isn't correct if you have 2 different pay scales.
Ex: operating $20 hr and standby 10 hr
40 hrs op + 20 hrs stanby. Their program will give you the OT pay on the $20 per hr rate not the average of the 2 which is how it's figured in Oklahoma. ($30/hr vs 25/hr figured correctly)
