Have the ability to have active / inactive jobs
Contexts will shift from time to time. It would be nice to deactivate jobs so that don't crowd the job list. Or perhaps filters could be created that only display jobs pertinent to that filter. For example "Home" would have things like "Mow Grass", "Water plants", etc. and "Work" would have billable project codes.

Add a calendar app so that I can add future schedules and view in my Google Calendar
Currently my work does not use a program that we can import our schedules with so I have to type in the entries into my Google Calendar. Then I have to type the same entries AGAIN into your app. Sigh! If I don't then making other appointments becomes a hassle because I cannot see everything on one calendar. Just enable us to export or import schedule and we will be : >

Import from CSV
Allow importing from CSV. I would like to not only import new clients and projects from a CSV, but I would also like to be able to modify a CSV export and then import to my phone app. This would allow me to make more detailed comments using my PC instead of my small phone keyboard.
Second.. I would like to be able to sort by tag withing a job. I would like to use tags as tasks, and be able to sort by tags so I can see how much time was used for each task in a specific…

Add the ability to mark pay periods as paid.
Having the ability to enter in checks paid from each job for an up to date amount due would be a major plus.

More functions for the desktop web app
Using the computer instead of your mobile device allows you to enter data faster and with a normal size keyboard, easy access to your e-mails and calendars, etc. It would be useful to be able to have at least the same functionality on the web than in all the devices (Add time entries, add jobs, even export to google cals, etc.). As a matter of reference, look at the website/app fro mint.com... it's simple, graphically pleasing and the functionality is broad but not too much.

Ability to create working teams and set an admin so that we can manage the jobs.
Ability to create working teams and set an admin so that we can manage the assists.
So we can have whoever set the coordinates, the name of the work and the manner of calculation and in the end have a unique and all centralized data report.

Export to Calendar per job
I was forced to change to IOS from Android by employer, I had an App much like yours on Android, So far I like yours better, other than for an add on my other app would export the "time" into my calendar, and I could choose which calendar depending on the job, was a HUGE help and made for a great integration, that is all I see that would make yours the BEST!

Show total hours worked which includes the current clock in time
Have the app show the total hours currently with the current clock in hours. I use the app so I don't have to do the math in my head to figure out how many more minutes I have to work to get my 40 hours. This would be very helpful for I work at a school and need to be pretty accurate with my time which im allowed 40 hours a week. Please implement this somehow into the app.

a way to mark times as paid so the total doesn't keep growing
I have gotten paid from numerous jobs but the total keeps growing. It would be nice to see the up to date amount owed

Allow the option to remove payment information from a job, or allow it to work in reverse
The majority of my jobs are charged a flat fee rather than an hourly rate. I use HoursTracker so that I can compare my time worked to my final pay to see how much I was making per hour. I would like to either remove the rate/pay period/etc information from those jobs completely to declutter those entries, or to set the flat fee and let HoursTracker auto-calculate what I am earning per hour as I add more entries.

Vehicle Log Book- automatic from location
Add functionality to also track distance traveled during a job (you already track time and location, so this could be an obvious extension). Then the reporting could be added to do daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports for distance traveled. This would be helpful for taxes and expenses. An added bonus would be to log which vehicle and it's mileage/kilometers at certain points in time once again for tax and expenses

Give day- week- month-rate options for rate calculations
Besides $ per hour, give options for per day, per week, or per month. Some of my work is lump-sum as a monthly rate, so I'd like to include those fees in the charts and graphs.

Create levels of access
I would like to install this app on the phones of my employees to help track what jobs they are spending time on. It would be nice to be able to disable the manual entry feature so thy cannot tamper with their hours.
