  1. My hours tracker summary display not working on my MacBook Pro. The boxes that display the individual sessions are truncated. What to do?

  2. Add Description detail to 'Display by Job' on hourtrackercloud.com

    My hours are billed by my Admin department. If they could see the description on the website, I wouldn't need to constantly email them my hours. This would make the website a whole lot more useful, as the hours only tell part of the story...

    Hey Don, I’ve added a new view to the time entry data when you expand a job to see its detail. There is now a new button that you can click which will toggle the view. The new view contains the comment. You can also double click the row to toggle the view. Admittedly, the button per row is very busy (and is not specific per row) and I like the double click feature better but it’s not particularly discoverable. In the absence of context sensitive help, I decided to leave the button per row in. Please let me know your thoughts on design/usability.

  3. No data available?

    So i wanted to give some more opions about this nifty feature, however, i can't seem to find my data on the web interface anymore.
    I selected a manualy made backup, and the time window set for last month, but it states:
    "No entries found.
    Try relaxing your filters."
    Sorry fo the troble.

  4. Improve Quick Selects

    Currently, the default date range for all of the new views is the same. It would be beneficial to have more meaningful quick selects for each view.

    Proposed:

    By Month: This Year, Last Year, Last 12 Months
    By Week: This Quarter, Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, Last Year
    By Day: This Month, Last Month, Last 30 Days, Last 60 Days

    Please post feedback on whether or not the proposed quick selects are useful. If you have other ideas, just add them as a comment.

  5. Fix time enteries

    1)My time enteries are 2 hours behind of what i added in the app. So lets say I worked from 13:00 till 16:00, on the web interface states 11:00-2:00.
    2)I suggest you add "am" or "pm" behind the time enteries, it would make things little easier to understand(or a switch for this).
    3) some graphical summaries are not funtional on internet explorer(i know, IE is a pain in the ass for developers, but still i thought i should let you know)
    4) abbility to add time enteries within the browser could also be usefull.

  6. Dates selected is not inclusive.

    So If I want a report for the whole of March I have to ask for a date range of 28 Feb-> 1 April.

  7. In the iOS app I round up to the nearest 1/4 hr but this setting seems to be ignored in the web interface?
