Proper warning when logged out
It turns out that for some reason (app update?) I was logged out from my account without notice. That means that no auto-backups are made anymore. I would like to have a notice in all screens when logged out, because no backup can end up in losing valuable information about working hours and payments.

make it possible to choose currency on the web
There are more currencies in the world than USD. I would like to be able to choose the currency I use.

Minimum hours worked by job.
Each time I go to a job, I am paid minimum 4 hours. So I would like an option in the job setup that would automaticly round to 4 hours if I do less then that. If more, then it gives the right nb of hours. (4h to be changed in the job setup). Thanks!

Pause / Resume via bluetooth 'button'
If the app had the facility programmed into it, it wouldn't take much from there (for an electronics geek) to have a physical button to start and stop the clock..!

GPS tag on report
It would be great if it took a GPS snapshot or summary when you clock in and out. So when going over the times entered you can see where you were when it was punched.

Export Time Records to CLIPBOARD.
Export Time Records to CLIPBOARD. It is nice to be able to export time records to the clipboard to email an invoice to a client. You can do this in the iPhone app, but not on the web! Why not???

Make a way to organize, and hide previously worked on projects.
Right now, any projects I have worked on and have completed stay in the same list. If this info all stays there, eventually its going to be chaos with 50 some projects, most of which are done. I don't want to delete these projects but I want to only see the ones I am working on.

make jobs viewable by PayPeriod in cloud dashboard.
I am as of now unable to view a job by payperiod. This is the most necessary feature for me from the phone app, but having to export from the phone app makes this more of a chore. If this could be done all in one swoop from the cloud, it would much simpler for me.

REST API to integrate goolge docs
I'd like to integrate my google spreadsheets to HoursTrackerCloud.com for additional calculations on my time. It would be very convinient with a REST API or something like that. I currently export and then import in google spreadsheet, and it would be great to remove this step.

Suggest HoursTrackerCloud includes a desktop function whereby one can in addition to viewing, can add, delete, and correct entries _ initially bypassing phone app

From the site you could select the tasks/hours/time to invoice a client and then send the invoicing email directly from the site.

track time in two or more jobs at once
,,,so while at work, I can keep track of how much time I spend on a certain task. Now the behavior is if I try to start on a second job it automatically ends my time on the current job.

Export to XML format
Export to XML-file, if you add a newline to the comment field it brakes down the csv-file as this comments goes to a new line in the file.

Allow desktop logging
Is there a way to operate Hours Tracker from my desktop, as, if I am in the office, and someone phones me on my mobile, it would be easier to be able to go straight to my desktop (leave it open all day in the background) and start a job recording.

please allow for export data to mutiple email addresses not just 1 address
In the options section, the export data option only allows to export to 1 email address. it would be better if you could add multiple email address to sent the data to.
i.e.: myself, the boss and book keeper.
it will only allow you to enter 1 email address but more would be better8 votes -
Ability to merge several time entries to one
Sometimes it happens while working on a job that I get automatically clocked out and later clocked back in. This is mostly when losing mobile and/or wifi connectivity (eg: while working in basements).
Please provide a means so that I can merge one time entry with the previous or with all entries of the current day. Geofency has this feature and is very useful. Thank you.19 votes -

I'm hiring two more techs this week. Your system doesn't scale! I need it to! Can I send you more money!
I need to add two users under my account so I can manage them, their locations, and have my accountant bill for their hours. Currently I'm going to have to have my accountant look at three different accounts.
