Automatic Pay Periods pushed to eMail.
I have a few employees that are set up on a Location Awareness jobs list. HT (hours tracker) automatically clocks them in and out and is a real handy feature. My guys are all good on time now, but they're not so good on reporting it on time.
I would like to suggest a feature that would allow HT to push the programed Pay Period automatically. It would give you and option to use the pay period cycle you prefer, use the desired eMail or eMails to send it to, and give you a choice of using the current pay period date or a serial number that you assign for the subject line that increases sequentialy for every next pay period.
