  1. Colour code entries

    Tags are great but would love to colour code a time entry. For example - when I have billed off my time on a running job it would be great to see at a glance what has/hasnt been added to the invoice for the client.
    But other wise LOVE THIS APP!!

    Suggest HoursTrackerCloud includes a desktop function whereby one can in addition to viewing, can add, delete, and correct entries _ initially bypassing phone app

  6. please allow for export data to mutiple email addresses not just 1 address

    In the options section, the export data option only allows to export to 1 email address. it would be better if you could add multiple email address to sent the data to.
    i.e.: myself, the boss and book keeper.
    it will only allow you to enter 1 email address but more would be better

  7. Break clock in/out reminders

    Push notification to remind you to take a break after x hours/minutes and another notification to clock back in after x hours/minutes.

  8. Edit multiple entries at once

    Sometimes I need to change multiple entries in the same way. IE change all entries from the last week from job X to job Y. Either because I made a mistake when adding them, or because a project changes or for various other reasons.

    So an option to do some basic editing after selecting multiple entries would be a great help.

  9. CSV Data Upload from competition.

    The ability to upload past CSV data from other time trackers would a great boon to this app. I have over two years of data tracked so far and your app is clearly better than the one I have been using...

    However if I switch I will loose all the data I have already tracked. This makes me very reluctant to switch to your service and begin paying for data tracking.

  10. Set a default pay rate for new jobs in preferences.

    In preferences set a base pay rate, when I create a new job it sets the hourly rate to this instead of 0. If I have a job lower or higher I can edit. I lots of little jobs for clients at same rate

    That the pay period can be set to per job instead of "WEEKLY, EVERY TWO WEEKS" etc

  14. Allow desktop logging

    Is there a way to operate Hours Tracker from my desktop, as, if I am in the office, and someone phones me on my mobile, it would be easier to be able to go straight to my desktop (leave it open all day in the background) and start a job recording.

  15. Start/Stop Pay - Clock In/Out

    I want to be able to track my weekly pay, but I also want to see the EXACT punch in/out times Ive done for verification. Make an option to clock in whenever, but to start your PAY at a different time, and the same for your end of the day.

  16. Ability to merge several time entries to one

    Sometimes it happens while working on a job that I get automatically clocked out and later clocked back in. This is mostly when losing mobile and/or wifi connectivity (eg: while working in basements).
    Please provide a means so that I can merge one time entry with the previous or with all entries of the current day. Geofency has this feature and is very useful. Thank you.

  17. have a job pay a set rate but still track hours worked

    some jobs pay a day rate no matter if I work 1 hour or 10. I would like to track the hours but allow for me to enter the static pay for that job.

  18. Import from CSV

    Allow importing from CSV. I would like to not only import new clients and projects from a CSV, but I would also like to be able to modify a CSV export and then import to my phone app. This would allow me to make more detailed comments using my PC instead of my small phone keyboard.

    Second.. I would like to be able to sort by tag withing a job. I would like to use tags as tasks, and be able to sort by tags so I can see how much time was used for each task in a specific…

  19. Add "created" time stamp on all entries, identifying which entries are original vs. adjusted vs. manual

    As a manager of managers, I want to have better visibility and accountability to my managers clock in and out vs. the reported time card they submit. Also, if it auto-generated/forced location of time entries that'd be rad.
