  1. Being able to use the net fee instead

    In Sweden everyone talk in net. So it would be more logical for me/us to add the net sum and then enter the tax on that. The way it is now it adds an extra step.

    So if the fee is 100 and the tax 25% I now have to calculate this to be 125 and the tax 20%.

    I understand if this is a nice to have. It is just more logical from our perspective.

  2. A 15 min round up or down based on 7 min rule.

    Have a 15 min around time that splits on the 7th min. If I clock in at 8:07 rounds to 8:00 but 8:08 rounds to 8:15. This could be 5 or 10 min rounding also.

  3. Needs a sync button. When I download my hours, I see that the app isn't syncing and there are more hours on the phone app than the web.

  4. weekly overages

    I would like to see how far over my weekly allotted time I am. Instead of taking overtime for one week, I flex my hours to the next week so that I don't have to work as much. For example, if I work 26 hours at one job (my allotted hours are 20 for each job per week) in week one, then week two I can leave 6 hours earlier to make up for that overtime. I would love to be able to easily see this overage on the app.

  6. Ability to filter jobs for a report of work mix AND List the Percentage again next to the Jobs in the pie chart under the Job view in cloud

    Consider listing the Percentage again next to the Jobs in the pie chart under the Job view in the cloud. This would allow that pie chart to be used as a report, but now, it is unclear which pie slice refer to which when you have more than 10 jobs to look at. Hard to read the chart without this feature.
    It would also be great to see the month and week views be able to filter for which jobs to look at over time on a weekly or monthly basis. To see which work items increase or decrease over…

    If we had the ability to alternate the $0.00 with 00% on the Time Entry Display Settings, we would have the capacity to analyze the workday makeup for efficiency building.
    This is the other factor we are considering when choosing a platform for recording hours.

  8. Export Time Records to CLIPBOARD.

    Export Time Records to CLIPBOARD. It is nice to be able to export time records to the clipboard to email an invoice to a client. You can do this in the iPhone app, but not on the web! Why not???

  9. make jobs viewable by PayPeriod in cloud dashboard.

    I am as of now unable to view a job by payperiod. This is the most necessary feature for me from the phone app, but having to export from the phone app makes this more of a chore. If this could be done all in one swoop from the cloud, it would much simpler for me.

    i use the app to report to my boss on what projects im spendign time on. She already knows how much i earn so would be nice to declutter the reports if possible by removing the $0.00

  17. This ia a fantastic app but it definately needs more features

    being able to export from the cloud would be helpful. More flexability to be able to export weekly data all at once instead of having to manually do each week at a time. Also when needing to pay time and a half from part way through a night shift I have to input it as two separate shifts which gets complicated when it goes over an end of payweek day as the time and a half hours will get added into the following week. This does not work very well for my situation. Is ther any way you can slpit…
