    First love the app, however I use Freshbooks to invoice my time. Can you make this app sync to Freshbooks Projects?

  2. Have multiple users under my account!

    I'm hiring two more techs this week. Your system doesn't scale! I need it to! Can I send you more money!

    I need to add two users under my account so I can manage them, their locations, and have my accountant bill for their hours. Currently I'm going to have to have my accountant look at three different accounts.

  3. Overtime rates

    Need feature for making separate rate for weekends, my normal working week is often from mon-sun in long periods. weekend have another rate, still x 1,5 and x 2. Saturday, first four hours is x 1,5 and then x 2. Sun is x 2

  4. change rates of pay within same jobs for the year

    families with children at school time, afterschool times, summer times. Require different pay rates.

  6. Have the ability to have active / inactive jobs

    Contexts will shift from time to time. It would be nice to deactivate jobs so that don't crowd the job list. Or perhaps filters could be created that only display jobs pertinent to that filter. For example "Home" would have things like "Mow Grass", "Water plants", etc. and "Work" would have billable project codes.

  7. Add a calendar app so that I can add future schedules and view in my Google Calendar

    Currently my work does not use a program that we can import our schedules with so I have to type in the entries into my Google Calendar. Then I have to type the same entries AGAIN into your app. Sigh! If I don't then making other appointments becomes a hassle because I cannot see everything on one calendar. Just enable us to export or import schedule and we will be : >

  8. I can only work to a limited number of hours

    I can only bill some customers a maximum numbers of hours per day. I would like to have a billable limit and maybe an actual time spent, as sometimes I'm there longer.

    Regardless of hours worked in a week be able to set weekends(or any day of choice) as time and a half or double time.

  11. A bar graph of all job hours for a day would be a helpful to graphically check the data.

    ll By graphically showing all job hours for a day would be helpful to quickly check the logged hours. Most people know the pattern of hours they worked, graphics would make it easy to spot errors.

  12. Passcode Lock Timeout Preference

    I switch between Evernote or other apps frequently to copy and paste notes into an HoursTracker entry. It would be great to be able to set a preference for the amount of time required to lock the app when not in use. Currently it is immediately by default which makes switching between apps inefficient. I would prefer the option to set it to 5 minutes in addition to Immediately. I love that there is Touch ID integration, but it's still time consuming to keep unlocking it in between data entry.

  14. Please add ability to duplicate a day's entry to replicate for the week (including breaks, tags, etc)

    I use this app to track my daily hours at my one job. Each day my start/end times and my breaks are largely the same. Please add the ability to copy a Single days entry (as opposed to copying an entire job's settings.

  15. After tax total and show individual tax rates.

    After tax net total should be added to the pay period tab. Also under job details, a more detailed lay where you can name and add the percentage of each different tax since states vary it would be easier than trying to figure it out. and then have your deductions

    Select 1, Several, or All Jobs to view Reports, stats & graphs. This would enable me to exclude some jobs, or review & compare a subset of jobs (not just all jobs). I have some volunteer time that I also track, but it skews the graphs & stats significantly. Sometimes you also want to see a single client trend (hours & earnings over time), and this would allow such. In the filter button, where you already have date range, just list the Jobs and allow one to choose "All Jobs" or check/uncheck the ones desired to see reports (% allocation…

  19. Show total hours worked which includes the current clock in time

    Have the app show the total hours currently with the current clock in hours. I use the app so I don't have to do the math in my head to figure out how many more minutes I have to work to get my 40 hours. This would be very helpful for I work at a school and need to be pretty accurate with my time which im allowed 40 hours a week. Please implement this somehow into the app.
