From the site you could select the tasks/hours/time to invoice a client and then send the invoicing email directly from the site.

track time in two or more jobs at once
,,,so while at work, I can keep track of how much time I spend on a certain task. Now the behavior is if I try to start on a second job it automatically ends my time on the current job.

Export to XML format
Export to XML-file, if you add a newline to the comment field it brakes down the csv-file as this comments goes to a new line in the file.

Allow desktop logging
Is there a way to operate Hours Tracker from my desktop, as, if I am in the office, and someone phones me on my mobile, it would be easier to be able to go straight to my desktop (leave it open all day in the background) and start a job recording.

please allow for export data to mutiple email addresses not just 1 address
In the options section, the export data option only allows to export to 1 email address. it would be better if you could add multiple email address to sent the data to.
i.e.: myself, the boss and book keeper.
it will only allow you to enter 1 email address but more would be better8 votes -
Ability to merge several time entries to one
Sometimes it happens while working on a job that I get automatically clocked out and later clocked back in. This is mostly when losing mobile and/or wifi connectivity (eg: while working in basements).
Please provide a means so that I can merge one time entry with the previous or with all entries of the current day. Geofency has this feature and is very useful. Thank you.19 votes -

I'm hiring two more techs this week. Your system doesn't scale! I need it to! Can I send you more money!
I need to add two users under my account so I can manage them, their locations, and have my accountant bill for their hours. Currently I'm going to have to have my accountant look at three different accounts.

Have the ability to have active / inactive jobs
Contexts will shift from time to time. It would be nice to deactivate jobs so that don't crowd the job list. Or perhaps filters could be created that only display jobs pertinent to that filter. For example "Home" would have things like "Mow Grass", "Water plants", etc. and "Work" would have billable project codes.

Add a calendar app so that I can add future schedules and view in my Google Calendar
Currently my work does not use a program that we can import our schedules with so I have to type in the entries into my Google Calendar. Then I have to type the same entries AGAIN into your app. Sigh! If I don't then making other appointments becomes a hassle because I cannot see everything on one calendar. Import from CSV
Allow importing from CSV. I would like to not only import new clients and projects from a CSV, but I would also like to be able to modify a CSV export and then import to my phone app. This would allow me to make more detailed comments using my PC instead of my small phone keyboard.

Add the ability to mark pay periods as paid.
Having the ability to enter in checks paid from each job for an up to date amount due would be a major plus.

More functions for the desktop web app
Using the computer instead of your mobile device allows you to enter data faster and with a normal size keyboard, easy access to your e-mails and calendars, etc. It would be useful to be able to have at least the same functionality on the web than in all the devices (Add time entries, add jobs, even export to google cals, etc.). As a matter of reference, look at the website/app fro mint.com... it's simple, graphically pleasing and the functionality is broad but not too much.

So we can have whoever set the coordinates, the name of the work and the manner of calculation and in the end have a unique and all centralized data report.
